My ‘Zoom’ mat classes are friendly and welcoming and a great way to access and enjoy Pilates.

Classes are mixed level and all ages are welcome, though please note that they are not appropriate for anyone with current injuries.

I recommend that newcomers to Pilates take a 1:1 session with me on Zoom before joining the group.
